Pat Barry, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCNP
Pat has over 25 years in the IT and security fields, Pat has been a virtual Chief Information Security Officer for several organizations and spent 3 years as a Director of Security with a global organization, where he was responsible for all aspects of security. He served in a Chief Security Officer role responsible for implementing information security and ensuring compliance around the globe. Pat has provided security services to clients in a consulting capacity, performing various strategic and operational Information Security and Compliance services. Pat has implemented security equipment (firewalls, IPS, 2FA,DLP) and has a strong network engineering background, having started his career with routers, switches and firewalls.
Sam Cattle, C|CISO, CISM, CRISC, CISSP
Sam has over 25 years of experience in the IT and security fields. Prior to joining Veritable, Sam served as Chief Information Security Officer and spent six years leading security consulting organizations with 12 years directly advising CIOs, CISOs, and Directors of Security on how to best focus their security efforts to protect what is most important to each of their organizations. Sam has provided security services to clients in a consulting capacity, leading and performing both strategic and operational Information Security and Compliance services for a wide range of clients, including global telecoms, retail and manufacturing clients, insurance companies, nonprofit and non-governmental organizations. Sam has a strong focus on compliance management across varying operating models and lines of business, as well as overall security strategy. Sam frequently takes roles in public speaking and teaching, both in support of client security awareness initiatives and in public forums.
